Hostel
Hostel is a mandatory service for residential educational institutions. IICD pressed for a separate hostel facility from its inception itself. In its new Hyderabad campus in Chaderghat, IICD has a spacious and well-maintained dormitory having up to 40 beds.
The hostel is located on the first floor of the campus building. All hostel boarders at IICD are provided with new blankets, bed sheets and bed cushions. The hostel is maintained hygiene and neat with regular cleaning service and discipline. In addition, special needs of disabled or differentlyabled hostelers are taken care of.
Computer Lab
Computers have become part and parcel of our lives. We are surrounded by computers and the internet. In a globalized world, computer literacy offers better survival opportunities. A person skilled in operating a computer is always at an advantage.
Therefore, IICD hosts a dedicated computer lab on the first floor of the campus to train its students in computer skills. A number of computers equipped with productivity software in the lab provide the right opportunity for students to hone their computer skills. Use of MS Office to browse the internet for educational purposes, learning at IICD Computer Lab is supervised by trained-teachers.
Games & Tours
A holistic development of a child requires acquisition of knowledge from books, learning from nature and mastering of different life skills. Our educational strategy and curriculum includes games and tours.
Students at IICD get regular time as part of the academic schedule for physical activities, games and outdoor learning. Our students play indoor games within the IICD campus while they are taken to GHMC sports complex for outdoor games. Apart from these regular sports, our students go on educational tours to various places and institutions.
